Senior Backend Developer


We’re looking for highly motivated, talented back-end developers. Engineers that love solving hard problems, working with the latest technologies, and building cloud architectures. Experienced with distributed and scalable systems. As an early member of Lumigo’s core team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of serverless.

  • Assume a major role in architecting and developing a cutting-edge, SaaS product based on the serverless backend in the cloud
  • Responsible for every stage of the product, from concept, through design and implementation, to production and support, including global customer engagement
  • Take part in fast-paced and agile development, using industry best practices, methodologies, and standards
  • 4+ years of experience in Node or Python development
  • Ability to design, research, and implement large and complex architectures
  • Deep understanding of best practices in scalable server-side architecture
  • Experience writing high-quality, testable, and reusable code
  • Experience in backend development of large, distributed, cloud-based SaaS products
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Support Manager


We’re looking for someone with a technical background who is passionate about engaging your customers and ensuring they have a great experience. You will be responsible for leading the support domain by helping customers with their support issues, and also developing methodologies, tools and technical documentation to streamline our support experience. You will drive success at Lumigo by helping us reduce response times, help us scale our support needs, and ultimately make our customers happy.

  • Become a Lumigo product expert and a customer advocate
  • Answer inbound Support requests about Lumigo’s platform
  • Report and monitor product bugs escalated to engineering
  • Manage the customer feedback process – including triaging requests and working with product to provide updates on the request status
  • Contribute to team operational improvements and support knowledge base documentation and building scripts to enable the rest of the team
  • 2+ years of customer support, technical support, or related customer-facing role
  • Experience in debugging systems, and reproducing issues
  • Excellent communication with ability to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in leading a support team

Sales Operations Manager


Lumigo is looking for a professional and ambitious Sales Ops manager to develop and grow revenues with Lumigo Sales and Marketing team.

The right person for the role will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be able to thrive in fast-paced environments where things are not fully defined. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a member of a team.

Working from our office in Tel Aviv most of the time and communicating with a team in the Pacific Time zone / USA. (evening and late nights)

We’re looking for a self-motivated and focused candidate who’ll get the job done.

  • Reporting to VP of Sales
  • Develop the entire sales process from lead generation to MQL, SQL, Opportunities and own the reporting, measurement, and analysis of the entire sales cycle.
  • Define, analyze and report key KPIs and conversion metrics to measure Sales and SDR team performance.
  • Monitor sales performance; develop and adjust strategies and pricing to meet sales targets
  • Build, generate, and analyze reports using Hubspot & Excel to measure performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and constant flow of leads, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Support the SDR and Sales team with sales operations needs (Lead gen, reporting, operational process, etc.)
  • Implement and develop different sales and marketing tools to improve conversion and visibility to the sales funnel.
  • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, quotes, and targets for the sales team and measure them for compensation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfortable to create and develop reporting in different BI and CRM tools (Mainly Hubspot, SFDC, and alike)
