You will be responsible for the go-to-market engagement and all joint activities with AWS.  This includes co-selling, goal setting, channel programs, marketing campaigns, strategic events, and funnel management with AWS.

The AWS Partner Manager will have a myriad of responsibilities to ensure leverage and consistent engagement with AWS to drive customer engagements, qualified pipeline, and cloud bookings that meet and exceed quota and expectations.  The AWS Partner Manager will be part of the Lumigo sales organization and will be a central conduit for engagement management between the Lumigo’s sales organization, AWS, and AWS Partners.

You will be a knowledge expert on all aspects of AWS and will be asked to present at QBRS, training, and events. We are looking for someone to join the team to execute on the current opportunities and relationships while building new engagement that drives our partner business to the next level of success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual partner plans with AWS
  • Ensure successful execution of go-to-market programs with measurable outcomes and revenue
  • Work collaboratively between AWS and Lumigo sales team to drive white space discussions and new opportunity generation

Technical Account Manager

Description

The Technical Account Management (TAM) team works with customers to achieve their desired business outcomes, enables them on their existing use cases, and works with them to expand into additional use cases, while ensuring ever-improving customer return-on-investment.

Additionally, The TAM team serves as liaisons between the customer and Lumigo, streamlining collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and others.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customers, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Build effective customer journeys: Define personas and buyer journeys utilizing data, research, and insights. Lead the implementation of multi-touchpoint journeys that provide the audience with the right content at the right time and drive customer acquisition through automation.
  • Drive growth with demand generation: Lead the demand gen team, including outside agencies, to design integrated campaigns that generate awareness and leads. Be proactive in recognizing where pipeline gaps exist and partner with Sales to deliver focused campaigns and sales plays
