Lumigo brings AI-powered observability directly into your Microsoft Teams workflow

Microsoft teams and Lumigo

We’re excited to announce that Lumigo Copilot is now integrated with Microsoft Teams, extending the power of our AI observability assistant beyond Slack and into your Teams-based workflows.

Until now, Lumigo Copilot worked exclusively within Lumigo’s UI and Slack, where teams instantly ask questions about issues, receive AI-generated observability insights, and take action without leaving their collaboration space. Starting today, the same powerful capabilities are available in Microsoft Teams.

The Most Intelligent AI in Observability

Lumigo Copilot is an AI observability tool built for modern cloud-native applications to help developers identify, understand, and resolve production issues in real-time.

Rather than digging through dashboards, logs, or alerts across multiple tools, Copilot uses real-time data from your observability stack to:

  • Analyze anomalies, errors, and slowdowns automatically
  • Surface relevant issues instantly
  • Suggest probable root causes and next steps
  • Respond to natural language questions (e.g., “Why did this Lambda timeout?” or “What caused this alert?”)

Developers are using Copilot to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR), minimize the back-and-forth during incidents, and enable even junior developers to troubleshoot like seasoned SREs. It’s the AI teammate every cloud-native team needs.

What You Can Do with Lumigo Copilot in Teams

With this new integration, you can:

  • Receive alerts directly in Teams
  • Use the “Ask Copilot” button to get instant answers about errors, issues, and anomalies
  • Mention Lumigo in an alert thread to trigger contextual analysis from Copilot
  • Get AI-generated insights, root cause suggestions, and remediation paths — all inside the Teams app

How to Get Started

  1. Head to the Integrations page in Lumigo and set up the Microsoft Teams integration
  2. Add the Lumigo app to your Microsoft Teams instance
  3. Configure your Lumigo alerts to use the new integration
  4. Start interacting with Copilot using the Ask button or by mentioning Lumigo in threads

Lumigo Copilot is the fastest way to understand and resolve issues in production. Powered by real-time data and trained on your observability stack, Copilot delivers actionable insights so you can go from alert to resolution in minutes, not hours.

By expanding to Microsoft Teams, we’re making it even easier for more teams to access these AI-driven capabilities right where they work.
